With its recent acquisition of 360 Woodchip Gondolas and 440 Flat Bottom Gondolas,
Midwest Railcar Corporation now has a railcar fleet of approximately 10,000 quality railcars that it leases to third party shippers
and railroads and manages for other railcar users and investors. These Woodchip Gondolas and Flat Bottom Gondolas, along
with other general freight railcars such as covered hoppers, boxcars, mill-type gondolas and open top hoppers, are available
